Deutsche Bank in discussion with NIB about possible divestments of minority stakes

Deutsche Bank wants to further improve its financial position by selling minority stakes. The bank is in discussion with the Dutch NIB Capital to dispose of DB Capital PartnersÂ' minority stakes totaling some EUR 2.5 to EUR 3 bln.

The discussions are yet in an early stage, but it is expected that shortly a decision will be taken. NIB is not the only interested party for the numerous minority stakes the Deutsche BankÂ's daughter company DB Capital Partners has.
