Delta Immobilienentwicklung Deutschland GmbH, the German subsidiary of the Dutch Delta Development Group, has started direct after realization of the project CFS Kempten their next project, a logistic center at Düsseldorf-Rath.
The development is located at the north-side of Düsseldorf in the newly developed business area 'Theodorpark'. The land plot measures approximately 22.000 m² and has got a direct connection to the motorway BAB 52, the BAB 44 and the airport of Düsseldorf.
Theodorpark Logistics Centre will have a warehouse area of approximately 12.000 m² and on the first floor an office area of 1.200 m² will be developed. The Facility Group, who were already working for Delta in Kempten, are responsible for the design and the realisation of the project. They are very experienced in the delivery of turn-key projects. In corporation with Phase5 Architects and Depenbrock Bau the project will be built and is planned to be ready at the end of May 2007. The total project volume is approximately €10 million.
