Delat Immobilienentwicklung, the German subsidiary of Delta Development Group, has delivered Theodorpark Logistics Center in Dusseldorf-Rath. The new logistic center, which has been completed a month earlier than planned, has in the meantime been sold to AMB Property Corporation.
Theodorpark Logistics Center is located at the industrial area Theodorpark, on the Northern side of Dusseldorf. Theodorpark offers direct access to the arterial road and the A52 and A44 and lies just five minutes from Dusseldorf Airport.
Theodorpark Logistics Center offers approx. 12,000 m² of logistics warehousing, 1,200 m² of office space and 58 parking spaces.
