Rodamco Asia N.V. announces that, due to the fact that as of 2 June 2004, ING Real Estate Asia Investment B.V. has secured more than 95% of all issued and outstanding shares in the capital of the company, the Marché Libre has approved Rodamco Asia’s request for definitive withdrawal of the shares from the Marché Libre of Euronext Paris.
As a consequence, the shares will be delisted from the Marché Libre on 15 September 2004 and deleted from Euroclear France on 24 September 2004. Intermediaries are requested to transfer the securities of which they hold deposits to their Dutch correspondents.
