Deka Immobilien sells office building in Sweden (SE)

Deka Immobilien GmbH has sold the "Frösunda Port" office building in Solna, Sweden, for SEK790 million (around €84 million). FastPartner, a listed Swedish real estate company, purchased the property from the portfolio of the open-ended real estate mutual fund Deka-ImmobilienGlobal.
The office complex consists of three building sections with 23,858 m² of leasable space and 678 parking spaces in an underground car park. The main tenant is HP Hewlett-Packard Sverige AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of the US technology company Hewlett-Packard.
"Frösunda Port" is located north of the Stockholm central business district, directly adjacent to European route E4 in the Solna-Frösunda submarket. The Fund sold the property at a profit after holding it for twelve years, simultaneously optimizing its portfolio.
