Deka Immobilien GmbH has sold the ‘Kurfurstendamm 212-214’ complex in Berlin West for €83 million to the private real estate company Becker & Kries. The mixed-use complex, built in 1897 and divided into retail, office and residential buildings, belonged to the real estate inventory of the open-ended property fund Deka-ImmobilienEuropa.
Kurfurstendamm 212-214 covers a total area of about 15,200 m², of which 8,600 m² are used as office, 3,600 m² are used as residential space and 3,000 m² are used for retail or as warehouse space.
