Deka Immobilien GmbH has bought the office complex Rheinwerk II in Bonn’s Bogen. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The seller was KGAL GmbH & Co. KG, a leading German asset manager for real long-term capital investments. The fully-let property was bought on behalf of Domus Spezialfonds. It is the first acquisition of the new fund dedicated solely to institutional investors.
The 2008-built office complex consists of four buildings connected through a common basement with a total lettable space of approximately 16,300 m². The tenants include the private clinic Beta-Klinik and consulting company Ostermann Pott & Cie.
