Deka Immobilien GmbH has purchased the new Occidens project situated at Bockenheimer Landstraße 47 in Frankfurt for approx. 75 million from developer Groß & Partner.

The office building, which is currently under construction, will have a total leasable area of 9,700 m² on completion at the end of 2011.
The largest tenant is the consulting firm Boston Consulting Group, which has leased around 75% of the office space on a long-term basis.
