The purchase of Cambridge Retail Park adds another retail building to Deka ImmobilienEuropa's portfolio. Deka Immobilien GmbH acquired the property in the university city of Cambridge, UK, for around €114m. Two property investors, Henderson (75%) and Morley (25%), were the previous owners of the retail park.
