Deka acquires Haagsche Bluf complex in the Hague (NL)

Deka Immobilien has acquired a mixed-use building complex in the city centre of The Hague. The seller was a local project developer. The property will be added to the portfolio of the institutional real estate fund S-Domus-Fonds No. 1. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Haagsche Bluf is a city centre multi-tenant complex comprised of a variety of individual properties with different usage types, such as retail, restaurants, office, hotel and apartments. The complex is architecturally striking due to the historical design of the façades on most buildings. Built in 2001 solely for retail use, it was then restructured, modernised and expanded in 2018/19 for a broader range of uses. 23 tenants have secured almost all of the more than 11,800m² of leasable space under long-term leases. The complex has a first-class location between the main retail streets in the city centre of The Hague.
