DEGI sells France Télécom headquarters in Paris to JP Morgan Fund (FR)

DEGI Deutsche Gesellschaft für Immobilienfonds mbH just sold the office building of France Telecom headquarters from its DEGI INTERNATIONAL real estate fund to a real estate fund managed by JP Morgan Asset Management.

Located place d'Alleray, in the XV district of Paris, this building represents approximatelely 18.400 sqm of lettable area and 292 car parking spaces.

DEGI was advised by their asset manager, STAM Europe, their notary, Etude Le Breton & Associes and their legal advisers White & Case.

JP Morgan Asset Management was advised by Catella Property Consultants and S2i Expert Asset Management, their notary, Etude Cheuvreux & Associes and their legal advisers, Paul Hastings.
