Dedeman Group and Element Industrial have entered into a partnership to jointly invest in the development of ELI PARK 1 logistic and industrial project, located in Chitila-Buftea area in Romania. The scheme will total 50,000m², with the first phase comprising 20,000m² to be delivered this summer. Element Industrial will start the works for the second phase of the project shortly after. The assets will boast spacious loading bays, generous 35 meters truck court and numerous parking places. The first tenant of the logistics park is Paste Baneasa which has already leased 5,000m².
The scheme is easily accessible by public transport and enjoys close proximity to Bucharest Ring Road. The main advantages are easy access to northern Bucharest and the location in an area with workforce surplus. The new project is designed and executed following class A international standards.
