The DB Real Estate open-end global property real estate fund has acquired properties in the USA, UK and Sweden for a total amount of € 215 million.
In Naperville (USA) the fund acquired a logistic building of the firm Nico LLC for € 35 million, in London it acquired the office building ‘The Helicon’ from Coal Pension Properties Ltd for € 139 million and in Malmö (Sweden) the office building ‘Baltzar City’ from the developer Skanska for € 41 million.
With the acquisition in London the fund is said to carry the recovery of the rental market in the English capital calculation.
