Leading Global Real Estate Investment Manager PRUPIM has appointed David Morris as Director of Property Development.
David, who takes up the role on June 1, will be responsible for leading the development team in identifying and delivering development opportunities on behalf of PRUPIM's institutional pension fund clients, across every major property sector and throughout the UK.
He comments, "I relish the enormous challenge of this role and my immediate focus will be on driving even more value from our clients' existing assets and capitalizing on new business opportunities arising in the current market."

David succeeds Bob Radley, who is retiring after 40 years with the company. "Bob has made an enormous contribution during his long career with PRUPIM, and we wish him all the very best in his retirement," added Peter.
