David Blight appointed as successor to George Jautze (NL)

Mr David Blight (42) has been appointed as a member of the General Management of ING Real Estate. He will succeed George Jautze as General Manager of ING Real Estate Investment Management as of 1 January 2005.

Mr Blight is currently General Manager, ING Real Estate Investment Management Australia. Prior to this he was General Manager Property for Armstrong Jones NZ Pty Ltd, the New Zealand Investment Management business of ING. Mr Blight joined Armstrong Jones in 1989 and undertook various assignments for the Group throughout Australia, Malaysia, Japan and New Zealand. In 1994 he was seconded to New Zealand to establish the Real Estate operations there. Armstrong Jones was acquired by ING Group in 1996.
Mr Hugh Thomson (40) has been appointed as successor to Mr Blight. Mr Thomson is currently COO for ING Real Estate Investment Management Australia, and has been with the business for
over seven years.
