Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial real estate market, has commissioned another BTS facility. This time it is the first of two buildings at Panattoni Park Swiecice.

The facility was custom-tailored to the needs of Danone Sp. z o.o., part of DANONE Group. The project totals 13,600 m² and can be extended up to 16,300 m². The agreement was mediated by the real estate firm Colliers International.
Danone Sp. z o. o. is already at Panattoni Park Swiecice. The Polish branch of the global food industry leader has moved into Panattoni's new distribution center, located in Swiecice near Warsaw. It is a build-to-suit (BTS) project, totaling 13,600 m² of space which can be extended up to 16,300 m².
Construction work on the new center started in October last year, to the order of Danone Sp. z o.o. The facility comprises the office section and the warehouse section, featuring FMCG-oriented solutions, such as controlled temperature (from 4˚C to 6˚C in the warehouse section).
"Panattoni Park Swiecice is the latest addition to Panattoni Europe's Parks, that is why I am happy that the first building has been leased in full. The completed project is another BTS facility under Panattoni Europe's belt, developed for the leader in its category, the demanding FMCG sector, Danone," said Marek Dobrzycki, Development Manager, Panattoni Europe.
"Danone's development, including the boost in sales that we are recording, calls for cutting-edge solutions. Because of that, we decided to go for a new investment, dedicated to our needs - the BTS facility at Panattoni Park Swiecice. We started talks in the second half of last year, and today we are already distributing our products from the new location," said Krzysztof Szmidt, Chain Supply Director, Danone Sp. z o.o.
Panattoni Park Swiecice comprises two buildings with total space of 33,300 m². Apart from the BTS facility, made to order for Danone Sp. z o. o., modern warehouse space is under development here, fully leased by Tech Data Polska, one of the world's largest IT distributors. The construction works started in April.
Panattoni Park Swiecice lies in the Warsaw West poviat, Ozarów Mazowiecki commune, less than 19 km from the capital's city center, at national road no 2 (E30). The planned junction with the motorway A2 places this investment in a strategic location.
