Dachser and Panattoni Europe jointly develop a logistics facility in Öhringen (DE)

Panattoni Europe & Dachser are set to jointly develop a 16,000 m² logistics facility. It will be built in Öhringen, Baden-Württemberg, in the direct vicinity of Dachser's existing logistics center. Panattoni Europe, the full-service developer of logistics properties, will invest an eight-digit number in the project.

Like all facilities developed by Panattoni Europe, the new logistics center will be certified. It comprises 16,000 m² of warehouse space and some 800 m²of office space. For Dachser, this project constitutes an extension of its long-standing engagement in Öhringen. The selection process of the investor was overseen by Nikolai Windhäuser, Stuttgart branch manager of the real estate advisory firm Logivest.
