The five-minute drive catchment area is over 70,000 people and a new residential district is being built in the nearest proximity.

Podolsk is situated 15 km south of Moscow. According to 2010 statistics Podolsk's population totals 200,000 people with an average income per capita RUB 32,166 (approx. €802) per month.

"We are sure that Driada will be in demand from retailers – comments Victor Rozenberg, Senior Consultant, Retail Services, Cushman & Wakefield.

"Podolsk is a very dynamic city with a little supply of quality shopping centers. The shopping center location in the middle of the residential district will make Driada a popular shopping destination. We are now in negotiations with electronic goods retailers and fashion brands."

"We hope that with Cushman & Wakefield's professional support, Driada will benefit with new international and Russian brands that are not currently present in Podolsk," says Vladimir Komissarov, General Manager, Driada OOO, the project's developer.
