Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko (C&W/S&R) has appointed Konstantin Sakharov as Executive Director Retail Services to lead its 18-strong retail team. It has also appointed Anna Shchapova a senior leasing consultant formerly of Jones Lang LaSalle.
Konstantin joins C&W/S&R from major retail developer ОАО Regiony â" Regions Development, a regional branch of AFK Systemа, where he was Chief Executive Officer. Konstantin holds an MBA degree from Columbia University, USA and a Master of Arts from Moscow State University. He brings with him considerable experience in business development and strategic planning in the real estate sector.
