Cushman & Wakefield creates commercialization of Senator office building in Warsaw (PL)

Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate advisory firm, is responsible for the commercialization of a modern office building Senator, located in Warsaw at the junction of Bielañska street and Solidarnoœci Avenue. The investor of the project is Ghelamco Poland, one of the largest development companies in the Polish office market.

The centerpiece of the Senator building will be the Atrium, a public space which will retain its historic character.


Cushman & Wakefield responsible for commercialization of Senator office building in Warsaw (PL)

Senator will be one the most impressive office investment projects in Poland, combining elements of historic style and modern office design. The scheme will be developed on the site of historic Bank Polski in the city's historic financial center.

Senator will be a six-storey building, offering approx. 25,000 m², with 23,600 m² designated for lease aimed at tenants such as: banks, consulting companies or legal offices. The ground level will feature retail and services units, underground levels will accommodate a car park for around 340 parking spaces.

A centerpiece of the scheme will be Atrium, a public space, which will retain its historic character thanks to the renovation of the customer service office's front wall of the historical Bank Polski building or glass panels through which the preserved foundation of the historic building will be visible. The commencement of construction works is planned for 2010 and delivery and opening for 2012.
