The 9,000-m² Anderlues Retail Park recently opened in Anderlues.

Commercialized by Jean Baheux, Cushman & Wakefield, in the frame of an exclusive mandate, this modern retail park features 250 parking units and loading bays located at the back of the building. The characteristics of the site, as well as its location, made it very attractive for brands such as Proxi Delhaize, Prémaman, Gamma, 1,2,3 Euro, Literie Prestige, Family Burger and "M" kitchens, a mix of activities nicely completed by some local players, active in the food industry and personal goods.

Jean Baheux, Partner within Cushman & Wakefield's Retail Agency: "To commercialize this project, located relatively close to the three major retail hubs of La Louvière, Mons and Charleroi, was a real challenge. Nevertheless, after a first agreement signed with a franchiser of group Delhaize, it didn't take long before other candidates arrived, achieving a diversified and qualitative mix, a perfect example of hybrid retail parks, where large and medium-sized areas, well-known brands and local shops meet to work in a well-balanced synergy."

Using its strong knowledge of the reality of the local retail market, Cushman & Wakefield's Research Department also obtained a socio-economic permit on behalf of the landlord, covering the full assortment offered on the site.
