Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by Ghelamco Poland as a property manager for Crown Square the developer's new office scheme in Warsaw. The facility (completed in March) is located in the district of Wola, near Rondo Daszyñskiego. Within the project services C&W is responsible for operational and financial management of the building.
This appointment is the latest addition to the company's portfolio of around 500,000 m² of property under management in Warsaw.
This class A office building provides 16,200 m² of leasable space. It comprises twelve storeys above ground with a three-level underground parking for 227 cars. The ground floor will feature retail and services units. Crown Square was designed by architectural studio of Konior & Partners.
