Curzon Capital Partners, L.P. has acquired a 33,000 square metre office property located in Paris, France. The four building complex, located in the Clichy district on the edge of the Golden Crescent of Paris, was recently refurbished to modern standards and can be separated or integrated to suit individual occupier needs. The investment is a joint venture between Curzon and two large French institutions.
Curzon Capital Partners, L.P. is the pan-European real estate offering managed by London-based real estate investment manager, Curzon Global Partners. Following the first closing earlier this year, Curzon Capital Partners L.P. has purchasing power of over e500 million. The fund remains open to new investors and is expected to close in mid 2002.
The fundÂ's investor base currently comprises a number of UK and overseas institutions. Curzon Global Partners will be targeting annualised net returns in excess of 13% over the fundÂ's 8-year life. Its primary targets will be direct investments in office and logistics properties in the more established real estate markets within the EuroZone.
