Somerset Capital Partners has sold a 61,800m² E-Fulfilment Center situated in Bleiswijk to Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate. The site is fully let to a long-term lease tenant. The scheme is located within the economic heart of the Netherlands with excellent connectivity to public transport and centrally located between the Port of Rotterdam and Schiphol Airport. The building itself is fitted with frozen, chilled and ambient compartments will be certified as BREEAM ‘outstanding’, the highest sustainability standard. The purchase price was not disclosed.
