The BauGrund group, headquartered in Bonn, is to take over the management of 42 properties, virtually all in the commercial sector, owned by a number of Merrill Lynch investment funds. Asset manager for the properties is Berlin-based CRE Resolution, a subsidiary of Colonia Real Estate AG.
