Crédit Suisse Asset Management acquires Paris office building for €68 million (FR)

Bouygues Immobilier has sold the former MEDEF office building, situated in Paris 16e, to Crédit Suisse Asset Management Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH for its public fund CS Euroreal. An amount of €68 million was involved in this transaction.

In September 2002, Bouygues Immobilier acquired the building, which dates from 1902, from MEDEF. After an extensive renovation the building will consist of several floors (650 to 800 m² of office space each), offering a total surface area of about 6,300 m², as well as 93 parking spaces. In addition, three new underground floors will be created. The office building will be delivered at the end of 2006.
