Corvin Offices development in Budapest progresses rapidly (HU)

Futureal Group has announced that Budapest downtown's largest office development is progressing at a rapid pace. Corvin Offices will provide 150.000 m² of office space, which is about one tenth of the office floor space in Budapest, within the next five years.

Construction of the 'A'-category Corvin Offices I., which was started in autumn 2006, are ahead of schedule. The underground construction works of the Futó Street office building with 19,000 m² GLA was completed, and with the lead of Swietelsky Építõ Kft. the structural architecture has already been started. The building reaches its highest level in terms of the construction this July.

The developer, Futureal Group, hands over the Corvin Offices I. this December, three months prior to the scheduled date pursuant to the demands of the prospect international and national tenants. The asking net office rental fee is 13.5-15.5 €/m²/month.

In the 7-story high quality office building, designed by the architects of Stúdió 100 Architects Kft., there are a 3-level underground garage with 342 parking lots and a storage area of 1,000 m². High level technical solutions, internal garden, roof terraces, cafeteria-restaurant and complementary services fulfil the tenants' requirements.

For prospect office occupiers a local showroom (Práter utca 29/a) was opened at the end of June. Sample office premises, utility rooms, office furniture, material and colours applied in the interior design and the 3D plans of the external and internal areas of the building, roof terraces and internal garden can be viewed. Sales representatives are at the client's disposal to design and accomplish the office spaces based on the client's individual requirements, which can be extended and divided with maximum flexibility.

Corvin Offices is the city center's largest office development at the airport corridor and with a floor space of over 150,000 m². Futureal Group started the development in September 2006, the continuous handover of the A-category office buildings is estimated to finish by 2012.
