Modern retail, a unique cultural-recreational offer, a hotel and a business-conference center – all will be housed by the Millenium Hall under one roof. The facility, occupying an aggregate area of 135 000 m² will provide space for ca. 180 retail outlets: stores offering a rich assortment of renowned international and domestic brands, as well as restaurants, cafes and service outlets.

The Millenium Hall will stand out for its extended and unique cultural- recreational function, including the Cinema City cinema with 10 screening rooms, a Show Hall with audience capacity of 4500, a roller-skating rink that will be converted to an ice rink when seasons change, a children's play area, music clubs, a fitness club and a SPA. The facility will also comprise a hotel of one of European chains and a business center including a multimedia conference room accommodating ca. 1,000 people.

The Millenium Hall is excellently located on Rzeszów's main shopping artery – T. Rejtana Street, at an intersection with mjr Kopisto and Karowa Streets and in the city's biggest housing estate in terms of the number of inhabitants "Nowe Miasto". Some 50 000 people live in the closest vicinity of the center, with another 500 000 living within a 30-minute driving distance. Such location ensures that customers will reach the center quickly and comfortably both by car and by municipal transport.

The value of the Millenium Hall investment amounts to approximately €93 million (400 million zlotys). The investor is Conres sp. z o.o., a special purpose company managing the project both in the construction phase and after the launch of the center.

"The capital of the Subcarpathian region already has a few shopping centers, but the Millenium Hall is supposed to be what one can term a higher class facility, both because of its multifunctional character, that is, not only shopping but also cultural and recreational offer, and because of its modern design and high finish standards. Other centers of its kind will appear in Rzeszów in the near future, but the Millenium Hall has the advantage of being first, captivating the imagination of all residents of Rzeszów and the region and making them convinced that modern solutions can keep pace with beauty and utility," Rzeszów Deputy President Marek Koberski said at the ceremony.

A strategic location on the maps of Poland and Europe undoubtedly is a strong aspect of the Millenium Hall. Rzeszów is located at the intersection of roads linking Eastern and Western Europe – from Dresden to Ukraine, and the southern and northern parts of the continent – Rzeszów-Slovakia and Rzeszów-Lithuania. The capital of the Subcarpathian region has a thriving airport at Jasionka. The region's road infrastructure will be enriched in the future thanks to construction of a modern motorway and modernisation of expressways.

Millenium Hall will be presented at the International Market for Real Estate MAPIC 2006 in Cannes, France, where it will also promote the city of Rzeszów.
