In line with its strategy, Corio has sold four retail properties in the Netherlands and France and one office in France for in total 118.2 million in the last quarter of 2012. The disposals concern Nesselande in Rotterdam (GLA 8,900 m²), Getsewoud in Nieuw Vennep (GLA 7,800 m²), Parkwijk in Utrecht (GLA 5,500 m²), La Croix Blanche in Saint Geneviève des Bois (GLA 6,600 m²) and the office building Clair de Ville in RueilMalmaison (GLA 10,60 m²).
The disposals are a step on the way towards Corio's full focus on Favourite Meeting Places. Favorite Meeting Places are typically located downtown, at transport hubs or in the heart of a larger community and are able, next to convenience to offer also a wide variety in services and events.
