Corio sells office in France for € 29 million (FR)

In line with its strategy Corio sold the office building L‘Arcuriale in Lille with a lettable area of 15,300 m² for €29 million. The sale is 9.7% above the latest book value of June 30th 2004.

The building has been bought by Bail Investissement and the transaction was realized by CB Richard Ellis Bourdais Investment. Corio bought the building, built by Elige, in 1999 for the amount of €27.6 million.

The building is situated above one of the two TGV (High Speed Train) stations in Lille (Lille Flandres) in the heart of the Internationa Business Center Euralille. It consists of two towers and is entirely let to Conseil Régional Nord Pas de Calais.
