Yesterday Mr John Kuik has resigned as CFO of Corio N.V. as a result of differences of opinion regarding policy matters.
Corio will search for a replacement as soon as possible and in the meantime Mr Jan de Kreij will temporarily take over his tasks and responsibilities.
