Corio's redeveloped Metropole in Almere is fully let. In addition to the opened largest Primark in the Netherlands with a Gross Leasable Area of 6,250 m², Sneakers, Elégance Shop, Backwerk, Different and Sapph signed leases for in total 500 m2 GLA.
Before the redevelopment, the Metropole was a theatre. In addition to the Metropole, Corio also owns the adjacent Stationsplein, a large part of the Stationsstraat and shopping center 't Circus in Almere. Currently, the Corio part of the shopping m² in Almere (30,700 m² GLA) has a financial occupancy rate of 96%.
