Corio named Property Investor of the year 2005 (NL)

During the annual Troostwijk Vastgoed Symposium, that took place yesterday in the prestigious Kurhaus Hotel in Scheveningen, Holland, Corio has been named Dutch Property Investor of the year 2005. Corio’s CEO Jan de Kreij received the award, the Gouden Baksteen (Golden Brickstone), from Marijn Snijders, Managing Director of Troostwijk Makelaars.

According to Troostwijk, Corio distinguishes itself in the real estate market by its focus on retail and its strong hands-on strategy. Corio has invested 77% of its €4 billion portfolio in retail projects in five coutries.

Troostwijk Makelaars introduced the annual Gouden Baksteen award in the year 2001. In that year Corio has received the award as well.
