CoreNet Global Benelux to Debate 15 Hot Topics at Provada (NL)

Fifteen important real estate topics have been confirmed for this year's popular End User Debate, hosted during the annual Provada conference. Organised by CoreNet Global's Benelux Chapter in cooperation with AT Osborne, each topic will be chaired by senior professionals from business, government, education and health sectors, with Kees Rezelman, the vice chairman of the Benelux Chapter, overseeing this major conference. Some 200 professionals are expected to join this essential round table format.

The programme will examine topical issues relevant to senior corporate real estate professionals, including:

  • · forecasts for the role of corporate real estate managers over the next five years;

  • · a proposition that ICT makes 50% of all office space superfluous;

  • · a focus on municipal real estate;

  • · a debate around construction partners and their focus on clients and client objectives;

  • · an analysis of whether architecture relies on chance and subjective preferences;

  • · separate debates on health care estates and academic campus development


A variety of other topics will also be debated. Each of the topics will be explored in depth, with the results from the fifteen topics published in a reference book following the conference.

Participation in the End User Debate is open to corporate occupiers in attendance at Provada and all CoreNet Global members in the Benelux.
