Corem acquires logistics portfolio for €140m (SE)

Corem has acquired 21 warehousing and logistics properties with a total lettable area of over 168,500m² for SEK1.3bn (€140m).

 

The properties are mainly located in Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg and Jönköping and consist mostly of warehouse and logistics properties. The properties are 86% leased and have a total rental value of SEK129m (€14m) and an average remaining lease of 4.9 years. The largest tenants are Bring, Axfood, Ingram Micro, Pon Equipment and DHL.
