Cordea Savills, the international property fund manager, has appointed Mikael Wilhelmsson as Asset Manager for its Nordic Retail Fund. He will report to Hakan Blixt, Director of Investment, and will be based in Cordea Savills' Stockholm office.
Mikael joins Cordea Savills from Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was account manager in the asset management services team. He joined JLL in 2003, initially working in the research and advisory teams before moving on to the Nordic retail and Nordic capital markets teams. He holds an MSc in Building and Real Estate Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm
