Construction starts of Airport City logistics park in Budapest (HU)

Construction work has begun at the Airport City logistics park in Budapest, Hungary. With its full built-up area of 65.600 m², including 47.500 m² of storage and 18.100 m² of office space, Airport City is ready to house its future tenants. The building to be completed in the first phase will be handed over in the first quarter of 2008 with 8.300 m² of storage and 2.000 m² of office area. The developer is Ablon Group. This is their first logistic project. The exclusive letting agent is DTZ.

The new logistics park is located close to the border of Budapest, at the administrative area of Vecsés; it is close to the junction of Airport clearway and Üllõi Road, 5 minutes from the new Airport of Ferihegy and M0 highway.
