The Holbeinviertel is designed as a purely residential quarter with no through traffic.

In total, 19 townhouses and 56 condominiums will be built starting from March 2012. Half of the apartments and 17 of the detached houses have been sold so far. One-quarter of the 19 townhouses planned for the second phase have also been sold already.

The sale of a further 46 condominiums which are part of phase four began at the end of February. A fifth phase is also planned, involving a further 56 residential units. In total, 196 residential units in 38 detached and 12 semi-detached houses, as well as an underground parking garage and a kindergarten are to be built by 2014 at the Holbeinviertel.

The Holbeinviertel - between Stresemannallee and Holbeinstrasse - is designed as a purely residential quarter with no through traffic. Residents will reach their houses via private roads. Entry to the communal underground parking garage is also at the entrance to the quarter. From there, residents can directly access the various levels of the apartment buildings.

The 12 free-standing buildings are arranged on the lot in such a way that the Frankfurt skyline is visible from most apartments. Each of the residential units, which range in size from 61 to 145 square meters, is designed with a balcony, a terrace with shared garden, or a roof terrace. Large expanses of greenery will be laid out between the apartment buildings. To the south, a row of townhouses will close the lot on the railway line side.
