Construction of Royal Wilanów office building kicks off in Warsaw (PL)

Construction work has begun on Royal Wilanów – an office building with a retail and service section on the corner of Klimczaka and Przyczółkowa Streets in Warsaw. The Capital Park Group is the investor and Erbud SA is the general contractor for the project. Construction will take two years. The building will hold a BREEAM eco-certificate.

"After Eurocentrum Office Complex, Royal Wilanów is the second key project developed in the Warsaw market by the Capital Park Group. All our projects boast attractive locations, with a big potential", member of the Capital Park Group’s Management Board Marcin Juszczyk says.

Royal Wilanów will be a five-story building offering 29,787 m² of modern office space. Erbud SA is the first tenant in the office section. 6,920 m² of retail and service space on the ground floor will accommodate restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and service units that are missing from Miasteczko Wilanów.

“We want to create a vibrant place that, together with adjacent squares, will become both a venue for business meetings and an attractive spot for family get-togethers”, Investment Manager at the Capital Park Group Wojciech Nowakowski says.

The underground section of the building will be earmarked for a three-level car park with 931 parking spaces for tenants and customers and for a bicycle parking facility. The architectural design has been developed by JEMS Architekci architecture firm. Commercialization of the retail section and the office section is the responsibility of BOIG and Colliers International, respectively.
