Construction of Galeria Amber in Kalisz has started (PL)

Echo Investment has acquired a building permit for the construction of Galeria Amber in Kalisz.

Galeria Amber is a four-story shopping and entertainment center, which is being developed in the center of Kalisz, in the vicinity of the main bus and train stations, at the junction of Górnoúlàska and Trasa Bursztynowa streets. Its leasable area amounts to 33,500 m².

There will be 140 shops and service outlets in the facility, including cafes and restaurants. There has also been a seven-screen cinema planned, the operator of which will be Helios. Customers will have approx. 1,000 parking spaces at their disposal.

Residents of Kalisz will now be able to enjoy the wide product range of the Swedish H&M clothing chain, which has leased a two-level outlet with a total area of 1,600 m². Also the popular C&A clothing chain has leased a two-level outlet with an area of nearly 1,700 m². Meanwhile the German New Yorker has a two-level store with an area of over 1,000 m² at its disposal. They will be the first shops of these brands in Kalisz.

The investor is currently finalizing contracts with other clothing brands, an electronics shop and a hypermarket.

The architectural concept of Galeria Amber has been developed by the reputable Bose International Planning and Architecture architectural studio while its building permit design has been prepared by specialists from Artur Jasiñski i Wspólnicy Biuro Architektoniczne Sp. z o.o.
