The construction of ETHOS gets the green light (PL)

Kulczyk Silverstein Properties (KSP), an international investment and development company, has been granted construction permit for an office and retail building at Plac Trzech Krzyży 10/14. ETHOS is the largest class A+ project located along the historical Royal Route. The decision issued by the municipal authorities of Warsaw is final. The opening is planned in 2016. The process of selecting the general constructor is being finalized.
The investor intends to expand, modernize and upgrade the building to the class A+ standard. As a result, very soon, the retail space at one of Warsaw’s most prestigious and desirable addresses in Warsaw will be offered for lease.
Joanna Kowalska-Szymczak, KSP Investment Director highlights that ETHOS is an exceptional project, not only because of its architecture and functional features but most of all because of its location. It is the only A+ building situated at the Warsaw’s Royal Route, which offers office space of 3,000 m². What is more, in contrast to the multi-storey projects of the Western part of the Centre, Plac Trzech Krzyży, together with its surrounding streets including Mokotowska, Żurawia or Mysia, forms a prestigious business center in the close vicinity of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, leading financial institutions and a number of embassies. It also offers immediate access to the city life with its trendy restaurants and cafes and luxury boutiques.
