Consensus buys

Consensus, the company established by Rotch Property Group’s Vincent Tchenguiz, has bought six office buildings in London and Middlesex for £300m.

The portfolio totals almost 700,000 sq ft. It includes Minster Court in the City of London and Senator House at 85 Queen Victoria Street. The latter property is let to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and the law firm, Eversheds.

The company has also bought a 186,000 sq ft business park and 63 acres of parkland in Hillingdon, and a 67,000 sq ft business centre at Heathrow. The business centre is let to Iberia, Lufthansa and Air France.

Investec provided funding for the deal.
