Composition Capital Partners has announced the appointment of its Chief Financial and Risk Officer, Roderik Mulder, to the Senior Management and Investment Board of the company.
Mulder will join Erwin Stouthamer and Willem-Jan Pelle in leading the company's further expansion. Coinciding with his appointment, Mulder will relocate to Composition's Hong Kong office, bringing the number of staff located there to six.
Composition established its Hong Kong presence in 2006, shortly after establishing Composition Capital Asia Fund, the world's first Asian real estate Fund of Funds in 2005.
Mulder joined Composition in 2006. In addition to being the company's first CFO with responsibilities for all finance and reporting related functions, Mulder has expertise in the field of risk management, and has been responsible for creating an integrated risk program for Composition's Funds and the management company.
Composition will be announcing further appointments in both Asia and Europe during the summer, as the company expands its staff talent and fund base with third European and Asian funds. These funds are designed for institutional investors from Europe, Asia and North America, offering diversified non-core exposure to small & mid-cap local operators in selected markets in Europe and Asia.
