Commerzbank unit buys Lloyds Tower from Deka Immobilien for £231m (UK)

Commerzbank AG´s real estate unit CommerzLeasing und Immobilien has acquired the Lloyds of London insurance tower from Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH for £231m, the DekaBank unit said.

Deka Immobilien also said it sold a shopping center in Glasgow to US real estate investment company The Mills Corporation and Canada´s Ivanhoe Cambridge for 272.5 mln stg.

DekaBank said the resulting sales revenue will flow into its ailing real estate funds Deka-ImmobilienFonds.
