Colliers negotiated 43,000 m² in Warsaw in H1 2007 (PL)

The first half of 2007 was a period of rapid absorption of office space in Warsaw, and, on behalf of its clients, Colliers International renegotiated lease transactions for more than 43,000 m².

Colliers' biggest deal during the first six months of 2007 was a 'built-to-suit' office project for Canal+ Cyfrowy in the Warsaw district of Sadyba. The development will offer a total of 14,100 m² of space, of which offices will be 7,600 m².

A large part of the space leased via Colliers agents was in the center of Warsaw, in the IBC I and IBC II buildings, where Provident will occupy over 6,500 m² and Bank Pocztowy 3,000 m².

Another big transaction, on which Colliers was an advisor, was the expansion of Capgemini's BPO center by 4,000 m² in Rondo Business Park in Kraków.

Important negotiations were also conducted on behalf of Arcadis (2,800 m²), which became the first tenant in IO-1. In addition, Colliers collaborated with other companies like Hochtief (1,700 m² in Wola Plaza), Liberty Seguros (1,500 m² in Europlex), Deutsche Bank (1,500 m² in Blue Office), and British American Tobacco, with the latter renegotiating an agreement for 2,600 m² in Wiœniowy Business Park.
