Colliers Bulgaria was recognized as Best Employer in the first national survey conducted by the international HR consulting company, Hewitt Associates. The study ranked 48 leading Bulgarian companies based on the results of a detailed questionnaire filled in by their employees and managers. Colliers was in the top three firms, demonstrating excellent overall results in all three areas measured - employee engagement, HR audit, and leadership team.
The award ceremony took place on November 24, 2006 at the Hotel Hilton in Sofia and was honored by the Bulgarian Minister of Labor and Social Policy as well as business executives from a variety of industries.
