Cofinimmo SA/NV announces having disposed of 717,500 Cofinimmo own ordinary shares in the market during the month of August at an average price of 92.56 per share.
As at June 30, 2010, the intrinsic value per share (in fair value) stood at 91.83 (the closing stock market price as June 30, 2010, stood at 92.42). Hence, Cofinimmo still owns 52,607 treasury shares in view of its stock option plan.
The raised funds will be used by the Group as part of a broader plan to fund committed capital expenditures and strengthen Cofinimmo's consolidated balance sheet.
Following this operation, all other things being equal, the debt ratio as at 30.06.2010 would have decreased by approximately 1%.
