Cofinimmo announces takeover bid on Immo Croissance (BE/LU)

Cofinimmo has announced on May 21, 2007 the launch in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and in Belgium of a voluntary takeover bid on all distribution and capitalization shares issued by Immo-Croissance.

On June 15, 2007, the board of directors of Immo-Croissance has announced that it has examined the Offer as well as recent developments for Immo-Croissance, amongst which the disposal of a building in Düsseldorf (Germany) and the imminent conclusion of a lease agreement for respectively 20% and 8% additional surfaces of the buildings Edison located in Strassen (Luxembourg) and K2 located in Diegem (Belgium).

Following this publication, Cofinimmo has reviewed the financial conditions of the Offer and announces that the price announced on May 21, 2007 of €270.28 is brought to €282.47 per distribution share and of €760.50 is brought to €794.80 per capitalization share.

The Offer will start on June 26, 2007 and will end on July 27, 2007.
