CMC of Ravenna which has devised and designed the first luxury hub in Sicily to be built in the vicinity of Taormina has started the negotiations to identify the real estate partner most suitable to the commercial development of what will be the first exclusive outlet in Sicily, a valuable window for the large fashion houses which will be able to rely on the strong fascination of Taormina, which has always been the destination of the international jet sets.
The area chosen for the building of the outlet which will stretch over a surface of over 200,000 m² is situated in the municipality of Calatabiano that can be easily reached by car from Catania and Messina (highway A18, exit Fiumefreddo or Giardini Naxos).
The new structure will include parking facilities for more than 2,000 cars and will accommodate approx 150 shops with a GLA of 28,000 m² with a subsequent expansion of 20,000 m². The architecture of the structure will be in harmony with the surrounding natural environment. The new Naxos Taormina Fashion Garden is located at the heart of the most attended and exclusive tourist area in Sicily, with a number of potential customers of over 2.2 million inhabitants from a 90-minute distance, besides the flow of tourists only for the compound of Taormina of over 3 million people per year.
