The Board of CLS is pleased to announce that Westminster Tower, Albert Embankment, London SE1 is now fully let following two lettings.
The 12th floor, extending to 3,100 sq ft (288 sq m), has been let to Overseas Exhibition Services Limited for a term of ten years at an initial rent of Â£83,700 (Â£27 psf / Â£291 psm) per annum with upwards only rent review at the fifth year. The tenant was granted a rent free period of 12 months.
Westminster Live Limited, an existing tenant, has taken a new lease on the 9th floor totalling 3,124 sq ft (290 sq m) for a term to expire in June 2012 at an initial rent of Â£99,968 per annum (Â£32 psf / Â£344 psm).
These lettings follow the recent refurbishment of both the main reception area and 12th floor, providing a unique working environment in this landmark building which offers spectacular views over the River Thames towards the Houses of Parliament and the City. The 8th floor totalling 3,100 sq ft (288 sq m) will be available in September. It is to be refurbished and is available through letting agents EA Shaw.
